UpGuard is a cybersecurity software platform that helps customers manage security risks, prevent breaches and protect customer data. Its end-to-end security platform empowers users with tools to better identify and assess risks arising from third party vendors, actively scan for data leaks or breaches and provide a comprehensive view of risk within their existing technology ecosystem.
UpGuard started in Australia, home to its co-founding team Mike Baukes and Alan Sharp-Paul. It has expanded to the US where they are helping a range of leading customers better manage cyber risks including Pagerduty, NYSE, TATA Group and Morningstar.
