Rebecca develops and runs SecondQuarter's legal and operational processes, investment execution and strategic projects. Before SecondQuarter, Rebecca was a lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin where she worked on public and private M&A deals. She has previously worked with early-stage start-ups before law.
